1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Iron Temple ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Iron Temple is a free, offline single-player bodybuilding idle RPG set in 1985 Venice Beach, developed by QNyx Labs, a studio of Quantum Nexum. The App is provided on an "as is" basis for entertainment purposes. The game contains fictional depictions of steroid use with in-game consequences and is rated Teen / PEGI 12.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's code or systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including artwork, animations, game design, code, and text — is owned by QNyx Labs / Quantum Nexum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the license in Section 3.

6. Advertising

The App may display optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are always player-initiated and never forced. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we do not control or endorse it. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data collection.

7. Content Disclaimer

Iron Temple is a work of fiction set in the world of 1980s bodybuilding culture. The game depicts fictional steroid use as a risk/reward mechanic with in-game consequences. This content is intended for entertainment only and does not constitute medical advice, endorsement, or encouragement of performance-enhancing substance use. The App does not include user-generated content features, social features, multiplayer, or user-to-user communication.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QNyx Labs and Quantum Nexum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Game Save Data

Game progress is saved locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of save data due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We do not offer cloud saves at this time.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
